the staff and manager were incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We initially had a room that was a bit dark and had a faulty safety box, but they quickly upgraded us to a VIP room, which was spacious and well-equipped. the food at the hotel was also great, especially if you enjoy Pakistani cuisine. the chef even made sure to adjust the spice levels so that we could enjoy the dishes. the location of the hotel is excellent, with a nearby shopping mall and plenty of amenities within walking distance.

Came in Karachi to relax and have fun, this budget hotel was vacation base for doing it. Everyone was extremely polite as well as owner. The restaurant was not very far from the venue.

The location of Swisstel Cottage was perfect, just a short distance from Dolmen Mall and other attractions. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious, although the options were limited. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite.

While the complementary evening meal was tasty, it would have been nice to have more green vegetables.
